All extensions products are 100% human hair. If product received is faulty, please take pictures and email getglamdhair@gmail.com. If hair meets the requirements for exchange, please send faulty item to 5782 Vinings Retreat Way SW, Mableton GA 30126. Once received, we will ship out replacement item.
